Coverage
Our warranty covers the following scenarios:
- Defective Products: If you receive a product that is defective or does not meet our quality standards, we will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Please note that due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, our warranty does not cover items that have been improperly stored after delivery or those that have exceeded their shelf life.

Exclusions
The following situations are not covered under our warranty:

- Chocolates that have passed their best-before date

Shipping Costs
- For approved warranty claims, Chocolate Plus will cover the cost of return shipping.
