Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or contains defective items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you receive the wrong product, we will gladly replace it or issue a refund.
  • Gift Boxes & Hampers: Customized or personalized items are non-returnable unless they are damaged or incorrect.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or partially consumed due to health and safety regulations.

Return Process

If your purchase meets the above criteria, please follow these steps to initiate a return:

  2. Provide Photos: For damaged or defective items, please include photos as evidence to help us process your return more efficiently.
  3. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the product.
  4. Shipping: Please securely package the item and ship it back to us within 14 days of receiving your Return Authorization. The cost of return shipping will be covered by Chocolate Plus if the return is due to our error.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
  • Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know, and we will arrange a replacement for you as soon as possible.
  • Gift Returns: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.

  • Items purchased on final sale or clearance

Late or Missing Refunds
